1 Lyndale Cottages is a traditional, semi detached cottage in the village of Kingstone just seven miles from the city of Hereford. With one double, one twin and one single bedroom, the cottage can accommodate five people. It also contains a ground floor shower room, a fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining room and a cosy sitting room with wood beams. Outside the cottage, you will find a large garden with outdoor furniture, a gas BBQ and a trampoline as well as lockable bike storage and off road parking for 3 cars. With the local shop and pub being just a couple of minutes walk away, 1 Lyndale Cottages is in a lovely village location in the heart of the Herefordshire countryside.

Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, freezer available in garage, TV with Freeview, video, DVD, books/games/DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Large enclosed garden with furniture, gas BBQ and trampoline, all shared with owners. Lockable bike storage. Off road parking for 1 car, additional space for 2nd car available by arrangement. One dog welcome (downstairs only). Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pub 2 mins walk. |
